Line of Post Cook Equipment
Post cook are mainly washing, sterilization, storage and packaging machine. It can be standalone type or form part of the cooking equipment.
Automatic Disc and tray washing machine
We offer various types of washers, from dish washer to tray/pot washer, spray to sink type depending on application. Tray washer can be customized either to use 2 or 3 sinks, with hot water wash, rinsing and air blow to dry. Typically the washer mode of operation is semi automatic but can be made to run in manual or fully automatic.
Vacuum chiller
Vacuum chiller is designed to effectively cool down the cooked product within 10-15 min/batch, yet still maintain the quality and texture of the food. Capacity varies from 50- 200kg/hr.
Vacuum chiller is a sanitary equipment because rapid cooling will keep the food temperature of 10-20degC. It prevents food contamination by passing through the zone temperature of 25-50degC where bacterial can propagate easily even within few minutes.
food packaging
Special packaging machines for RTE and onigiri wrapping are available. The machine can be connected to production lines. Automatic feeding and weighing saves manpower. We can also offer machines for paste, sauce and liquid packaging.
